• Swirl & Twirl 7
  
  Thursday June 3rd, 2010 7-9pm
  Ottawa City Hall 110 Laurier Avenue West
  
  You are invited to join us for a delectable fundraiser event in Ottawa. Swirl & Twirl 7, a beer, wine and food tasting event takes place on Thursday June 3rd, 2010 from 7-9pm at Ottawa City Hall.
  
  This year we are raising money for Bruce House, Pink Triangle Services, The Village and Capital Pride.
  
  You will have the chance to sample novelty products from wineries and regional breweries and to savour creations from Todric`s Catering.
  
  This 7th edition also features a "silent auction" and other surprises for your palate.
  
  Tickets are $30 ($35 at the door) and you are encouraged to show your support for your preferred noted charity by purchasing your tickets from them or you can purchase your tickets at the following locations:
  After Stonewall (370 Bank Street)
  Venus Envy ( 320 Lisgar Street)
  Todric`s Catering (10 McArthur Avenue).

• CAPITAL PRIDE PAGEANT 2010
  
  The Capital Pride Festival is once again hosting the 2010 Capital Pride Pageant on August 21, 2010.
  Miss Capital Pride XVII and Mr Capital Pride I will be crowned at Dom Polski Hall. For more information please visit here
  
• THE SUMMER OF PRIDE IS COMING
  
  Pick your pride products up before you celebrate. Pride Products are available at Wilde's on Bank Street; sales of products will have a portion donated back to the Capital Pride to help support this years's 25th anniversary of Pride in the Nation's Capital. Call for Volunteers

The 2010 Capital Pride Festival is currently looking for volunteers to sit on the Operations Committee as coordinators for the Festival for next year. There are a number of positions available ranging from Volunteer to Event Coordinators.
